Take hotel guests to barbecue (6:30 pm) at 108 Cypress Street

Return guests to hotel from barbecue (9:00 pm aproximate end time)

Pick up guests at Hotel and take to ConvergeSouth (7:45 am)

Return guests to Biltmore Hotel from Converge South (4:45 pm)
